This “fully insulated” shop has a 330 sf built-in apartment which is about 80% complete and very sturdy built-in shelving along the perimeter walls with a nice work bench. Although the gate to this property is on a two lane State Highway it is not easily accessible. The farmhouse lies 1 mile from the front gate on this (roughly) ½ mile by 1 3/8 mile shaped property.
