Acreage is great, price is great, 100% should go for this.
I like it, the amount of facilities already available, spend a summer inspecting/repairing/weatherizing/Juggalo-ifying the buildings if needed, have some seasonal groundskeeper(s), and only for that price, it’s not only good for just the Gathering, but other events.
Reading the description of the town begs the question, how will we be received by locals?😏🤣🙄 Great price on a nice piece of property!
