This would be an amazing property. Centrally located, plenty of land as well as cave space, interesting landscape. This just looks to be too fun and practical.
Na its cool but not what we looking for
id. say pass….though its cool you. couldnt do anything underground do to saftey concerns of falling rock from the cieling and the acreage up top is to small as well and even if u. did pull it off i dont see getting permits do to sound travel by itself you will fight municipality hard core at this location
While I love caves and see potential I think I have more questions. What, if any, are the amenities above ground? How much would need to be invested to make the property profitable? I will say, there’s a haunted cave attraction in Ohio that’s pretty cool. Is this a natural cave? Or a mine?

It’s a nice start to a portfolio of properties. It’s cheap which means it might be haunted. Probably a liability for actual events.
