  1. I think it’s beautiful, but the littering on the waterfront and the daily interaction from the ppl maintaining the commercial portion of the property kind of make me think there might be better options

  2. I voted yes. But with reservations. A lot of info needs to be brought up. its all on a hill, it’s got a water plant on it we cannot use that land. DEP has their hands all over it. Used to be a coal mine? satellite shows a mountain of something black covering another 15 or so acers. too close to the town for a concert venue. There is literally nothing of industry there. The roads are sub par. just a lot of questions as to why the per acer cost is so low.
    But, we got to start somewhere, why not here for a corporate headquarters?
    I’m not the big educated financial wizard here. I suggest we proceed with caution, and gather as much info as we can.
