This seems like a nice spot, but I have some concerns regarding the amount of deforestation (although that is cashflow) that we would have to do, as well as costs on getting utility hook ups for Ballas sites and such. Nice property though overall.
Is there a link for this property? Or a price? Timber to me is an enticement not a discouraging. People will literally pay you to come remove them. Just should be done selectively. And maybe slowly over time.
