Yes, however with that being the case the best we could do is either rent it out or have someone move into the home and work as a caretaker for the land. Its a beautiful plot of land, no doubt. But I don’t know if we could make it into a venue AND be able to make a profit on it.
Being 35 minutes from LV would be cool. We could use this spot to camp on while seeing events at LV. We build showers and campsites, buy a few school buses. Boom.
