I like it, but wish it was bigger. It would be great to have 10X more land. But it seems pretty private. If anyone can go out there and do some video let me know.

Nope I live in the Wayne National Forrest towards Crown City and we have property pip up here all the time.
Mineral rights definitely helps as that can net us more income in the future.
I would say that before pulling the trigger, someone needs to lay eyes on the property. Hike around with a venue in mind. Stages and camping. Make sure that the layout can work for us, and that there is no right of ways thru the property preventing us from utilizing it our way. This seems to be a great property!

There’s going to be a huge change on or around November 19. The collective will be experiencing a full moon lunar eclipse in the property and financial areas of life. Yes I know exactly where this is and it would be idealistic piece of property to buy and would be idealistic place to have the the gathering at. I sure hope they do.
There is another 101 acres for sale here on Friendly Ridge in Gallia County Ohio that would be perfect as well it is owned by Jim Goldcamp and they are selling it at a steal. It is considered as part of Wayne National Forrest as well.
i’d love a cut of this land to buy a house on. a small house.. but a house none the less as a shareholder. not for free but maybe a lot rent type of thing
