  1. We have been waiting awhile now for the right place, this is pretty close to it. The price for the acres is a little high but won’t dent the budget to much for what we are working with. Plus if we go with building the tiny houses to rent we can get another income to funnel into the Butterfly Corp. I’m down. Let’s start branching out.

  2. I like it. And would be a perfect staging area, and/or private island campsites. Would work for mini-gatherings and I am envisioning a juggalo snowball fight in winter. Lol. Just spit balling…

    • Looks good to me the price is kind of high but at the end of the day it’s all money made we should invest some of it and other assets instead of keeping all the eggs in one basket this could make us a lot of money throughout the year not just the used for one event

  3. Idea is cool. Property is interesting. Steep price thoigh for a blank canvas. In the middle of farmland and residential so zoning could be an issue. We all know that the neighbors tolerate us, but I doubt they would welcome us or another “campground”.

  4. I think it’s a good price. I think the longer we actually go without buying anything, the smaller the window is on needing anything at all. Would it make more sense to do something more creative? I don’t know what that would be honestly, but I do worry about wasted efforts (not so much mine) (more Darren’s). Tickets? Ballas sites? Rentals? Would obviously have to be an equation based on how many owned by people and I would probably be game to enjoy the property a couple times a year but I don’t want to sign anyone up for managing something I know I can’t manage.

  5. Wanting to get out there and create something out of nothing is the juggalo way. But the zoning issue would be important, also the type of crowd we can be might be important to take into consideration and making sure there is enough room between juggalos and the rest of the world might be smart because most people don’t seem to be as open minded. If we could create a plan quickly or another idea to work toward while we try to accomplish our main goal. The amount isn’t right in my eyes. Usually looked for 1-2g an acre. So unless there was the fountain of youth I wouldn’t touch it without a thorough plan of execution. And a dream for it. Camping will come back around if it hasn’t started yet. Everyone hates being inside. They just want their electricity and WiFi. Maybe a camp with free WiFi on all 20 acres. Fuck em up.

  6. my problem is.. of the 20ish aces we get, only 8 are useable. that isn’t a very good ratio, as to get to the other 12 we would need to spend money deforesting the area. plus the area is just a blank open area. no cover, no water hook ups it looks like…. plus too close to the neighbors…
